POLISHED CONCRETE FLOORS
SUITABLE FOR HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS
Choosing polished concrete for your residential or commercial floor is an extremely economical option. Polished concrete floors have next to no maintainance requirements are allergen free, easy to clean and have an outstanding life span that far out ways alternative flooring options every time. GRIND AND SEAL
ECONOMICAL INDOOR & OUTDOOR FINISH
The concrete is coarsely ground to expose the aggregate, smoothed to remove scratches, grouted to fill pin holes and cracks and then sealed. Non Slip additives are available.
CONCRETE BENCHTOPS
ADD ON TO WHAT YOU'VE ALREADY GOT
Using concrete it is possible to create and design your very own original work of art. Whether it be concrete counter tops, hand basins or even a dining table, we will work closely with you to guarantee your designs and ideas come to life using Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (known as GFRC or GRC). We use and recommend GFRC for most kitchen and bathroom applications due to its strength and durability.
FLOOR PREPERATIONS
GRIND CLEAN AND LEVEL
Before alternative floor coverings such as tiles and carpet can be laid, often the concrete will need to be cleaned and levelled. Preparation can also be used to level or grind out deviations in the concrete or to remove glue, paint and inconsistencies, leaving a smooth, flat and clean surface to be utilised. We can grind, clean and level existing concrete slabs ready for future applications and use. We provide this as part of any polished concrete flooring service, but can also help to prepare your floors ahead of an alternative flooring solution.
